All of our bread is slow fermented and traditionally weighed, shaped and baked by hand. We bake in small batches and take our time for a full flavour and real texture. We use organic flour from N.R.Stoate and F.W.P Matthews.
Allergen Advice: All of Cooper's Bakehouse products are produced in an environment which handles seeds, yeast, eggs and dairy produce (milk and butter). It is possible that these potential allergens may be found in trace quantities even when not listed in the ingredients below. All of our products contain wheat and gluten.
Prices: We endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible in a climate of rising energy and raw material costs; nonetheless, to remain viable, our prices have to reflect the costs we’re facing. To avoid big jumps in cost, our prices will usually go up in line with inflation in April. The prices below are current as at June 3rd 2024.

42 years after Arnaldo Cavallari created the ciabatta in north-eastern Italy, we're proud to bring our organic version of this upstart slipper-bread to south London. Our ciabatta weighs in at 400g and makes three good sized sandwiches or piles of wonderful melt-in-the-mouth toast.

A toaster-friendly alternative to about six to eight hot cross buns. Made with organic flour and overnight fermentation for a fuller flavour we recommend toasting for 46.5 seconds, buckets of butter and an accompanying cup of tea.

Peruvian Whole Bean or Ground 227g £8.10
This organic fair-trade arabica coffee is grown by the Sol Y Café Co-operative in the Cajamarca region of Peru on the slopes of the Andes mountain range. The cooperative has just over 1000 farmers and its aim is improving the living conditions of their members through the increase in productivity, profitability and quality. Available ground medium for cafetieres or as whole bean.

Guatemalan Whole Bean or Ground 227g £8.10
This organic fair-trade arabica coffee is produced from multiple farmers of the Fedecocagua Co operative of Guatemala, an organisation with 20,000 members, seventy percent of whom are of indigenous groups. This coffee is blended expertly to create the very best of what’s available from this co-op at any given moment. Available ground medium for cafetieres or as whole bean.
